Although some of our pieces are described as pre-owned  our jewellery has been restored by master craftsmen and occasionally may still display minor signs of wear which are indicative of use and age.

By making a purchase on the Cotswold Fine Jewellery Group  website you agree to all the terms and conditions and that you are 18 years old or above.

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation, by email, of the order price.
• We will only deliver your purchase to the billing address which corresponds to the card used to make the purchase. 
• If your transaction with our PayPal cart is not eligible for seller protection, we will reimburse your money and request a bank transfer instead. 
• Product images shown will not be actual size and will depend on your monitor’s display and colour capabilities.
• We will collect information that is submitted by you to provide you with the best items and customer service. For details please read our Privacy Policy.
• All our items are stylishly presented in a gift box.
• All measurements/weights are approximate.
• We only accept payment via PayPal or bank transfer.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
• All refunds and exchanges must adhere to the guidelines laid out  in the Returns section.
